The Information Desk (Nagasaki Airport Concierge) has staff with service assistant training, to support patrons with special needs, such as the elderly, and persons with disabilities.
Please ask at the Information Desk for assistance.

Multi-purpose restrooms are available for patrons with special needs, such as wheelchair users, people with stomas (Ostomates), elderly patrons, and patrons with small children.
These restrooms are equipped with Ostomate facilities and collapsible multi-purpose seats.

There is a designated drop-off and pick-up zone for passengers with disabilities in front of the Airport Terminal.
