Universal Tourism (UT) aims to let everyone enjoy all of their travels. Our center provides information and services related to UT/BF (barrier-free) that may be useful for the elderly, and for people with disabilities.

coto Nagasaki Airport

This new facility is a satellite office and co-working space based on the concept of being “A hub connecting people, things and goods.”

A community manager is always on site and serves as a link between people and between companies. The aim is to cooperate with satellite offices and co-working facilities in and outside the prefecture to provide a location where diverse members can meet while deepening their relationships with Nagasaki and creating and accelerating new businesses and projects.

Please use “coto Nagasaki Airport” as a venue for new business opportunities.

Smoking Area

Smoking is prohibited throughout the Nagasaki Airport Passenger Terminal, except for the designated smoking areas.
There are four such areas in the building.

Observation Deck

You can see aircraft landing and taking off.
Lawn space and playground equipment are also provided. (Free entrance)

The Bell of Happiness

Try ringing the Bell of Happiness to wish for happiness for yourself, for a special someone you’re thinking of, and for those who hear the ringing of the bell.

Photo Stand-In

A photo stand-in themed around the “ja-odori” (dragon dance), one of Nagasaki’s special attractions.

“Lucky Wings” Photo Spot

A vibrantly colored panel featuring a stained-glass pattern that has been designed by Nagasaki’s churches in the motif of butterfly wings.

Lawn Space

There is a slide on the lawn, bringing peace of mind to parents who want their kids to move around and play but don't want them to get hurt. There is also a billboard with face cut-outs nearby, so you can take a photo to commemorate the occasion.

Panels for Learning

These panels feature explanations with photographs about the names and roles of various parts of an airplane, as well as the vehicles that carry out tasks in the airport.

Relaxing Space

A relaxing space that is available for anyone to use. Use it as a space for rest and relaxation.

Tokyo Monorail / Keikyu Ticket Machines

Ticket machines for the Tokyo Monorail (Haneda Airport - Monorail Hamamatsucho - connecting to JR lines) and the Keikyu Line (from Haneda Airport) are located in the Departure Gate Lounge on the 2nd floor.

Massage Chair Area

Coin-operated massage chairs are located at the back of the Airport Shop on the 2nd floor.

Postbox

A postbox is located on the 1st floor, near the taxi rank.
Postage stamps may be purchased from the Airport Shop on the 2nd floor.

Huis Ten Bosch Information Desk

We provide information about access to Huis Ten Bosch, hotels inside the park, events etc.
Passengers using the dedicated Hotel Europe/Hotel Amsterdam free courtesy car are requested to come to the desk. (Previous reservation required)

AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

An AED is installed at 7 points inside the building.
(1F 2 points, 2F 4 points, 3F 1 point)

Information Desk

We provide information about facilities inside the airport building as well as about access by public transportation If you have any questions about anything inside the building, please feel free to come to the information desk.

First Aid Station

We have a first aid station available for the temporary use of persons who are feeling unwell etc.
Please contact the information desk on the 1F when you wish to use the station.

Police Office

Located near the center of 1F (in the middle of the domestic check-in counter and the arrivals lobby).

*Nagasaki Airport security police box is next to the ORIX Rent-A-Car in Terminal 2.
*To get to Terminal 2, leave the passenger terminal and continue to your left.
