Founded in 1624, Fukusaya learned how to make Castella cake from a Portugese recipe, and even today, continues to uphold the old, traditional hand-made methods passed down over the generations. As the original home of this Nagasaki classic, Fukusaya will continue to deliver the traditional taste of Castella.
