■Concept
Karasumi, or dried mullet roe, one of Japan's three most famous delicacies, as well as uni (sea urchin), kamaboko, ichiyaboshi dried fish, ago (flying fish), and other seafood products for which Nagasaki is famous, all brought together in one store. Also sells Hakata Karashi Mentaiko (seasoned cod roe).

Uni
Fresh, bottled uni (sea urchin roe) harvested from Iki, Goto, Tsushima and elsewhere. Please give it a try.
Ago
Ago is the local word for the flying fish harvested in the waters off Goto and Hirado. Ago dashi stock and Ichiyaboshi dried fish are also available.
